Getting ready for the final days.

Well, time is moving pretty fast. I only have one week left at OSU. Heather brought Alex (my 7-year-old grandson) over to spend the week with us while she and Chris go on their honeymoon. I'm glad we get to spend this extra time with him before we have to take off. He and a little friend are having a wild and wet time in the swimming pool before we head back to church this evening.

The church folks are having a baked potato supper in our honor tonight. They have set up a beautiful money tree in the foyer and people have been putting cards and money on it. We will certainly miss everybody, but are looking forward to this next year. I still have qualms about learning the Mandarin Chinese. But I am ready to give it my best. Time will tell. :-)
